Saxon Team is working on the project of Kojori Youth Village in cooperation with IDAAF Architects. The scope of works covers approximately 40 000 M2 territory, where the existing building (ex-school internat for children) will be fully renovated and refurbished. At the territory there will be built two storied multi-functional sports complex with Fifa standard internal football stadium, Basketball internal stadium, closed swimming pool and fitness area; According to the project at the territory there will be built two storied building for tech-lab and media-tech, with sound recording studio, youth club etc. The Youth Village will have 7 living wooden cottages, which will be fully equipped with modern technologies and adapted for the people with disabilities. The territory planning will include flexible pavements, parking areas, new green plants, open outdoor sports stadiums, amphitheater etc. The project of Youth Village will respond to all challenges of energy efficiency and modern technologies.
